James Osborne History of Lawndale Collection
This collection contains materials related to "Some Images of Lawndale's Past, A Collection of Photographs and Memorabila of Lawndale, California prior to 1939" complied by James H. Osborne; as well as photocopies of newspaper articles and clippings from the "Daily Breeze"; Lawndale Annual Budgets; and LA County West Control District reports and meeting minutes.

Most of the records are 10" Shellac, 78 RPMs. Notable musicians featured in this collection include: George Shearing, Billy Eckstine, Nat King Cole, Erroll Garner, Billie Holiday, Sarah Vaughan, and others.
Mike J. Chavez World War Two Letters
This collection contains letters that were mostly sent by D-Day veteran, Mike J Chavez to his wife Stella Chavez during his tour in World War II. Also included in this collection are letters from Percy Chavez to Mrs. Mike Joe Chavez; a draft of a eulogy for Mike Chavez written by one of his children; a copy of a program for the "Jubilee of Liberty, Normany Beach 1944" award ceremony; one copy of "Stars and Stripes" Vol. 5, No. 195; and empty War Department envelopes.

Dominguez Water Corporation Collection

Title Insurance and Trust Company Records
This collection includes correspondence, legal documents, tax documents, and bonds created by the Title Insurance and Trust Company. These materials are related to trusts held by members of the Dominguez family and land that was once part of the Rancho San Pedro.
Jose Guadalupe Posada Broadsides and Booklets
This collection contains eighteen broadsides and two booklets illustrated by Jose Guadalupe Posada, as well as a flyer illustrated in a similar style to that of Posada. All of the broadsides- published by the press of Antonio Vanegas Arroyo, are satirical in nature and contain images of calaveras, or skulls.
