Manhattan Beach Residents Association History

The Manhattan Beach Residents Association (MBRA) is an all-volunteer organization formed circa 1988 that aims to "preserve the residential character and quality of our unique neighborhoods, promote local businesses, advocate for local schools, and increase broader participation in City government." The organization engages with residents through their monthly publication, "The Observer", as well as through correspondence and meetings.
