Scope and Contents From the Series: Series includes materials accumulated during Heilbron’s tenure on the Council on Post Secondary Accreditation (1972-86). Most of the materials are not written by Heilbron but pertain to the accreditation body and include correspondence, minutes, memos, briefs, draft statements, studies, reports, pamphlets, and handbooks.
