Comic books, strips, etc

This collection contains three albums featuring mostly Afrofuturist comics created and illustrated by David L. Devilleres. The albums contain six short originial comic stories featuring characters such as: Wattz, Fire Woman, Major Soul, and others. Also included are character descriptions, and nine photographs of David L. Devilleres including an image of him in an U.S. Marine Corps uniform.

This collection includes comic books, zines, books, over sized posters, and other publications related to Latino/Latina writers and artists, material related to Latino/Latina culture and history, and publications by other writers and artists. Contains one afrofuturist comic, "Christopher Reid presents King Size Comic Novastar and Docter Foe I....plus the Battle of the Plumets Featuring Super Adventurer".
