Abstract
This collection contains 24 postcards featuring images and cartoons related to the anti-suffragism movement, which was comprised of both men and women who opposed women’s suffrage under the belief that men and women had different societal roles, and that women should not get the right to vote. Many of the postcards are part of a “Suffragette Series”, and some are drawn by postcard artist, Walter Wellman.
