The second is a paper written by John K. Hudzik titled "Comprehensive Internationalization: From Concept to Action."

The bulk of this series relates to Dumke's work as president of San Francisco State College.

This series is arranged into four groups: Correspondence; Speeches; Administrative files; and Master Plan for Higher Education Survey Team files. Corresponence is arranged in two categories: general (chronologically) and individual (alphabetically).
