The American Committee for Protection of Foreign Born Collection (1939-1944, 1946-1948, 1950, 1955, circa 1959) contains one box and .21 linear feet of mailers; flyers; pamphlets; conference programs and proceedings; press releases; discussion outlines; brochures; and other documents generated by the American Committee for Protection of Foreign Born, an organization founded in 1933 to defend the rights of foreign born individuals. James, and Amanda Smith. Publications include Black journals, zines, and comic books introducing Black superheroes.
