Scope and Contents
Series IV. contains flyers, leaflets, notices, photographs, reports, resolutions, pamphlets, bulletins, and newsletters regarding the activities and strikes of various labor unions. Unions of note include the International Longshore and Warehouse Union (ILWU), the American Federation of Labor, Congress of Industrial Organizations (AFL-CIO), the Service Employees International Union (SEIU), and United Farm Workers. One letter from Cesar Chavez is present.
