This sub-series includes documents pertaining to the former Ocean Trails Golf Club, now known as the Trump National Golf Club Los Angeles. The site was set to open in 1999 when a landslide occured in June of that year, causing the 18th hole to slide towards the ocean and the Club to subsequently go into bankruptcy.
