Scope and Contents

The African American Cosmetology Scrapbook (1972, 1987, 1997, 2001, 2002; undated) contains fifty six photographs; three certificates; one diploma; one "Sherman Girls 8th" patch; one homegoing celebration program; and one track relay ribbon possibly belonging to Heather Feagin or Stephanie Rochell Cline. A majority of the photographs feature images of various hairstyles; as well as a few images that were possibly taken during a cosmetology beauty or trade show. Also included are a few portrait images given to Heather [Feagin] presumably from her friends.
