Scope and Contents

From the Series:

This series consists of materials created or used by Cloke in his professional practice. It includes personal correspondence, publications and drafts either written or edited by Cloke, along with publications written in collaboration with others. Additionally, the series includes materials created for college or seminar courses Cloke taught at universities such as Pepperdine, UCLA, UC Santa Cruz, and others. The bulk of the series is devoted to the creation and operation of the Center for Dispute Resolution, and papers comprise proposals, projects, and publications created under the aegis of that organization.This series also contains proposals, reports, clippings, articles and other material related to international projects, training, and workshops. Correspondence is arranged in chronological order, while articles and publications are arranged in alphabetical order by title. Materials created through the Center for Dispute Resolution are arranged separately, also in alphabetical order.
