Scope and Contents
Contained are Japanese letters and postcards written by Kumaji and Tsuruno Meguro, who are Issei immigrants and Fumio Fred Takano's parents-in-law. They detail their experiences during the war from an Issei point of view, describing the trip and life in an assembly center and incarceration camp, and their return from the camp to California.
