This series contains materials related to construction projects in California, primarily but not exclusively located in the Bay Area, and organizations and committees related to apprenticeship, equal employment opportunity, and advocacy for women in nontraditional and trades occupations that are located or based in California. The bulk of the material in this series includes contract summaries, meeting reports, and newsletters pertaining to the Cypress Replacement Project and Oakland Federal Building Project. Also included are memorandums, correspondence, meeting minutes and other documents from Caltrans- "C.T" for Diversity in the Trades, the Community Employment Coalition for the Bay Area, Equal Rights Advocates, and California Apprenticeship Council.
