This sub-series comprises 196 folders, each titled with a narrator’s nickname. The contents of the folders vary but may include a biographical file, photographs of oil-on-canvas portrait paintings, and photographs and video recordings depicting individuals experiencing homelessness. All materials are born-digital and available in PDF, TIFF, and MP4 file formats.

The collection is viewable in the Gerth Archives Reading Room. Series I Documentary of Homelessness consists of digital files that must be accessed on the designated computer located in the Reading Room.
