Scope and Contents
As notated by the Abalone Alliance donors: In 1991 office staffer, Don Eichelberger, helped build the People's Earth Day coalition that for five years put on annual Earth Day celebrations at the Bayview Opera House Plaza to help bring attention to the issues of Environmental Racism playing out in the predominantly Black neighborhood, and economic opportunities offered through energy conservation and small business development.
