SCAQMD Governing Board Meeting- agendas, reports, 2018-2019

This series contains material related to South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD). A majority of the documents in this series are regarding SCAQMD's Proposed Rule 1410, created to address the threat of release of hydrogen fluoride (HF) into the community from refineries in Torrance and Wilmington; and material related to Resolution No. 19-19 opposing the ban of HF/MHF issued September 6, 2019, and the aftermath of resolution.
