This series contains material on issues related to women’s civil and worker’s rights, gender discrimination, equality in the workplace, and sexual harassment. Materials include articles from newspaper clippings and websites, documentation from when O’Farrell served as an expert consultant on two court cases, material for the Glass Ceiling Commission, material for workshops on gender and racial equality within the workplace, guidebooks, manuals, pamphlets, and other documents. Also included is U.S Department of Labor, and Women’s Bureau material such as drafts, articles, reports, and printed online articles authored by O’Farrell. There are also academic files in this series that include theses and documents on workforce education training. Material is arranged by subject.
