This series contains materials gathered by O’Farrell covering her affiliation with tradeswomen organizations that advocate for education, training, and employment opportunities in skilled trades and nontraditional jobs. Some of the organizations included are: the Institute for Women’s Policy Research (IWPR), the National Council of Women’s Organization, Wider Opportunities for Women (WOW), and more. For the majority of these organizations, O’Farrell served as an active member, consultant, or board member. Material includes survey questionnaires, affirmative action material, photographs, resource guides, brochures, and other documents.
