This series includes meeting minutes, notes, correspondence, conference and workshop materials, and publications of professional organizations dealing with mediation and alternative dispute resolution. The materials document Cloke’s participation in workshops, conferences, and seminars, as well as his involvement in helping to launch a number of programs and organizations, including the Society of Professionals in Dispute Resolution ( SPIDR), which later merged into the Association for Conflict Resolution (ACR), and the Southern California Mediation Association (SCMA). Also included are materials related to Mediators Beyond Boders (MBB), the American Bar Association, National Institute for Dispute Resolution (NIDR), and others.
