Scope and Contents

This series contains documents; maps; photographs; oral history interviews; and audiovisual materials related to Sato’s research projects. A majority of the materials are in regards to the Japanese American Historical Mapping Project (JAHMP) as well as research, drafts, and layouts related to “Japanese Americans of the South Bay”, a book authored by Sato. Also included in this series are transcripts and questionnaires regarding the South Bay Oral History Project; and questionnaires, interviews, and research for the 40 Families project.
