Scope and Contents
This subseries includes documents relating to the development of the Terranea Resort in Rancho Palos Verdes: environmental impact reports (EIR), building plans,landscaping plans, citizen concerns, and legal and real estate documents. Note: The Resort is referred to as "Long Point Resort" in many of the documents before the name Terranea was officially selected (in reference to the developer, Long Point Development). There are also initial building maps for this site in the "Maps" series.
