This series contains material related to and generated by the Green Party of California and includes policies, proposals, mailers, reports, correspondence, by-laws, meeting minutes, agendas, publications, financial documents, event programs, flyers, and other material. This series is divided into seven sub-series. Sub-Series A: Organizational Records contains by-laws, email correspondence, roster lists, clippings, contact lists, mailers, and ephemera such as bumper stickers, pins, and letterhead; Sub-Series B: Committees and Working Groups contains documents regarding various Green Party of California working groups and committees such as Campaign Support Committee, Clearinghouse Committee, Coordinating Committee, Campaign and Candidates Working Group, and others; Sub-Series C: County Parties contains material related to California county parties such as Los Angeles, Napa, San Fernando Valley, San Diego, Marin, and others; Sub-Series D: Publications contains photographs, graphics, advertising, articles, and issues of "Green Consensus", "Green Focus", and county party newsletters, as well as clippings and articles regarding the Green Party of California; Sub-Series E: Financial Records contains insurance documents, Fair Political Practices Commission forms and reports, filings, receipts, invoices, documents related to donations, contributions, trust bequests, funds, dues, and budgets, as well as material regarding treasurer reports and correspondence; Sub-Series F: Legal Disputes and Grievances contains correspondence, memorandums, and documents related to disputes, conflict resolution, and the Mike Feinstein case; Sub-Series G: Events, Conferences, and Meetings contains meeting minutes, flyers, notes, and other material regarding plenaries, general assemblies, retreats, and other events.
