Scope and Contents

The Bulletin is an African American-owned and ran newspaper that covers news, politics, and other local issues within the city of Compton. Most of the newspaper clippings are one of two articles that were published regularly, "NAACP President" by Maxy D. Filer or "Women's Worlds" by Blondell Filer This sub-series contains issues between 1970 and 1977.
