Scope and Contents

Career development in the trades is an umbrella term that encompasses professional meetings, apprenticeship, vocational education, and mentorship programs to prepare women with the skills necessary to succeed in the construction, manufacturing, and transportation sectors of the economy. This series contains materials such as brochures, reports, statistics, newsletters, clippings, as well as conference and workshop programs, proposals, flyers, and other documents related to seminars and training opportunities for women in nontraditional jobs. This series is organized into three subseries: Subseries A: Tradeswomen Related Programs and Projects; Subseries B: Workshops, Events, Meetings, and Conferences; and Subseries C: enTrade Materials
