 File — Box: 1, Folder: 9

Scope and content

From the Series:

Dumke spent over a decade at Occidental as faculty member, department chair for history, and as dean of faculty. This series contains notes and syllabi for courses in the history department, correspondence with faculty, graduate students, and staff on university matters, as well as those outside the university regarding positions and events at the university. For the few files pertaining to Dumke’s experience as an undergraduate and master’s student at Occidental, rather than his professional positions at the institutions, see the Student's Work section under Series VII.

This Series is arranged into six groups: Administrative files; Correspondence; Events; Lecture files; Research files; and Speeches. Furthermore, correspondence is arranged in two categories: general (chronologically) and individual (alphabetically).
